Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Pass Guarantee, you must meet all of the following criteria before your exam date.

Active premium subscription for 90+ days
You must have been a paid premium subscriber for at least 90 consecutive days before your exam date. Any plan type qualifies (monthly, quarterly, annual, or one-time purchase).
80% question completion
You must have completed at least 80% of the available practice questions for the specific certification exam you took.
Readiness Score of 80+
You must have achieved a Readiness Score of 80 or higher for your exam at some point during your study period.
Official score report
You must provide an official score report from the certification body (ISC2, CompTIA, Cisco, FINRA, ISACA, PMI, HRCI, etc.) showing a failing result.
Claim within 30 days
You must submit your claim within 30 days of your exam date.

When your claim is approved, your premium subscription continues at no cost. You'll have full access to all features — practice questions, mock tests, flashcards, readiness tracking — everything you need to pass on your next attempt.

The free access period lasts up to 6 months from the date your claim is approved, or until your next exam attempt, whichever comes first.

This is a one-time benefit per exam. If you need to take the exam again after using the guarantee, a new subscription is required.

Does the Pass Guarantee apply to all certifications?

Yes. The Pass Guarantee applies to every certification exam across all LearnZapp apps — ISC2 (CISSP, CCSP, SSCP), CompTIA (Security+, Network+, A+, and all others), Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), ISACA (CISA, CISM), FINRA (SIE, Series 7, etc.), PMI (PMP, Project+), HRCI (PHR, SPHR), and Insurance exams.
What if I'm on a monthly plan? Does the 90-day requirement mean I need to subscribe for 3 months?

Yes. You need to have been an active premium subscriber for at least 90 consecutive days before your exam date. If you're on a monthly plan, that means at least 3 months of active subscription. Quarterly and annual plans meet this requirement automatically.
How do I submit my score report?

Email your official score report to support@learnzapp.com within 30 days of your exam date. Include your LearnZapp account email and the name of the exam you took. Our team will verify your eligibility and respond within 24 hours.
What counts as an "official score report"?

An official score report is the document you receive from the certification body (ISC2, CompTIA/Pearson VUE, Cisco, FINRA, etc.) after taking your exam. It must show your name, the exam taken, the date, and a failing result. Screenshots of results from the certification body's portal are also accepted.
Can I use the Pass Guarantee more than once?

The guarantee is a one-time benefit per exam. If you use the guarantee for CISSP and later fail a different exam (e.g., CCSP), you can use it again for that separate exam — each exam gets its own guarantee.
What happens after the 6-month free period ends?

If the 6-month free access period ends and you haven't retaken your exam, your account reverts to the free plan. You can re-subscribe at any time to continue studying with full premium access.
